Supporting Clubs
Club level competition is often described as the grassroots of sports, but they are more than that, they are the bedrock of our sporting communities. Through clubs I have learnt to play rugby and football as a kid, learnt to train for cycling and running as an adult and been supported through my first races by the patient and generous club members who have helped me over the years.
Starting in 2012, the London Olympic year, the year of sport, we want to try and give a little back to all of these clubs and the myriad of others around the country so they can continue to nurture and support all athletes. The idea is simple: If your club is affiliated to a National Olympic Committee – NOC member institution (e.g., UK Athletics, British Cycling, the Football Association, etc) then we will give your club members 10% off all non sale items in the online shop and we will give your club 10% cash back from all purchases made by your members.
How To Apply
- Check that your club is affiliated with a NOC member institution. A list of NOC members is here
- Ask a recognised club official (chairman, treasurer, secretary) to contact us at ‘‘, supplying the following information:
- Official Club Name
- Club address
- Name of NOC member and club registration with the NOC member
- Contact details & role of club official responsible for application
- Once the application is approved, we will then ask for the name, sort code and account number of the bank account where the cashback will be paid (see the small print for details of eligible bank accounts)
How It Works
When we have processed your application we will issue you with a club promotion code. You can distribute this code to all club members and associated bodies. The promotion code must be entered at check out (we will not retroactively apply discounts or cashback following checkout)
At check out the club member will receive an immediate 10% discount on all non sale items
At the end of each quarter we will calculate 10% of all purchases made using the club promotion code and then transfer this amount to the club bank account.
The promotion code is valid for one year from the date of issue.
The Small Print
The club details including the club representative’s details will be validated with those held by the NOC member organisation. If the club representative is not known to the NOC member organisation then a club contact known to the NOC will be contacted to verify the role and identity of the club representative applying for the offer.
The bank account nominated to receive the cashback must be either held in the name of the club or in the name of an organisation that has a legal right to hold monies on behalf of the club.
Everest Sports (the distributor of Sponser and owner of this promotion) accepts no responsibility for loss of funds as a result of incorrect bank details being given. Everest Sports will cooperate fully in any investigation into misappropriation of funds.
This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion linked to promotion code, however customer will still receive ‘site wide’ promotion such as free shipping over £50.

Cashback will be calculated on the following dates: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December. Cashback will be based on the net of the pre discount product cost of all orders processed against cleared funds, minus any returns and refunds, in the period.
Cashback payments will be made during the calendar month immediately following the quarter end.
