Introduction/About Us

Importation and distribution of Sponser products in the United Kingdom, including sales through the SponserUK.com website, are operated by Everest Sports Ltd.

Everest Sports Ltd (“Website” or “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website (“website”) to visitors (“visitors”) (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

We are open 9am – 5pm every weekday. We are closed at weekends, Bank Holidays and over Christmas (15th December 2012 to 2nd of Janaury 2013).

Territories

Orders may only be placed for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (this includes the Channel Islands and BFPO address. See below for specific delivery information). For deliveries outside of the UK, please contact the Sponser distributor in the relevant location (which you can find at http://www.sponser-europe.com/ ). If you have problems finding a local distributor, please contact us by email and we will endeavour to assist you.

Placing Orders

Placing an Order Online

To place an order, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit or debit card payment. We accept most major credit and debit cards but do not accept American Express or Visa Electron. At this time we are not able to take card payments by telephone.

We will indicate when we have received your order by sending a confirmation email. Please make sure that your confirmation e-mail address is correct and that it does not end up in your junk e-mail folders.

You should make a note of your order number, as it is required if you wish to contact us to discuss your order.

Placing orders by Post

If you do not wish to make a payment by card, or you do not wish to place your order online, you can place your order by post to the above address, including a cheque made payable to Everest Sports Ltd.

When placing an order by post please ensure you include the following:

Your name and address
The delivery address (if different from above)
Contact details (email or telephone) in case we need to contact you regarding your order
A clear list of all items in your order, including the flavours, sizes, prices and quantities
Any promotional codes
Payment

You should make a note of your order number as it is required if you wish to contact us to discuss your order.

Shipping, handling & delivery

For Great Britain mainland and Isle of Wight orders under £15.00 a shipping and handling charge of £2.99 applies, while orders between £15.00 and £50.00 are charged £5.99 for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is free on orders over £50.00 for these addresses.

Free shipping is not available for UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands and Islands as delivery is by Royal Mail and shipping costs vary greatly depending on the address and size of order.

Delivery schedule

We will attempt to package and have your order ready to leave our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing it. Mainland UK Shipping is with a 48 hour courier service. A tracking code will be emailed to you when the courier has collected your parcel.

Shipping to UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands and Islands is with Royal Mail at their standard parcel rates. No tracking is available for these parcels.

BFPO addresses – we do ship to BFPO addresses (with Royal Mail) but for active combat zones there is a strict 2kg weight limit, so please take this into account when ordering.

Please ensure you enter your address correctly! We ship to the delivery address provided by you, and if this is wrong we cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT, currently at 20%, has been included in the price of all products where applicable.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. Please call our head office to arrange cancellation (contact details are on our contacts page).

Privacy policy

Everest Sports Limited do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other party.

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any share price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) (“information”) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information contained on this website at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.

You agree that in no event will our liability arising out of or in respect of these terms and conditions exceed £100 Sterling, and that in no event will we be liable for any loss of profits, goodwill, loss of business, loss of data or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
